3D Modeling is fast becoming an important skill for many in-demand professionals, from animators in film, TV, and video games to designers and fabricators in manufacturing industries. Add in that the process itself is highly rewarding and engaging, and it’s clear why interest in digital modeling has become so popular.
This workshop for Innovators introduces the core facets of creating 3D polygonal models, from material and texture development to scene lighting. Instructors will demonstrate both modeling and animating so that students can see how professionals create such lush, visually detailed 3D scenes with digital figures.
By the end of the course, students will have everything they need to start adding fully realized 3D models into any of their interactive media projects.
Projects in this workshop may include: Designing and modeling a wizard’s house or creating an expansive landscape
Each day [my children] come home asking, begging, pleading to keep doing what they were doing at camp.
