Dive deeper into the world of professional concept art, where creativity meets precision to guide illustrators, modelers, animators, and designers through the art production process. In fantasy and science fiction settings, where real-world references are scarce, concept art is even more critical.
This workshop for Adventurers focuses on refining the principles of designing intricate characters, imaginative creatures, detailed props, and innovative vehicles. Instructors will explore more intermediate approaches to concept art, emphasizing how to effectively communicate artistic ideas and vision to fellow creators.
By the end of this workshop, students will produce polished concepts and illustrations, equipping them with the skills to create artwork that serves as a clear guide for other artists, enhancing collaborative projects in the world of art and design.
This intermediate-level workshop does not mandate any prerequisites, and fundamental concepts will be reviewed on the first day of the workshop. For completely new beginners, we recommend the standard Concept Art workshop.
Projects in this workshop may include: Developing a creature concept turnaround or designing a fantasy vehicle concept
