Billing and Refund Policies
On this page, you will find a summary of the rules and policies regarding payment for our workshops.
A full list of these policies is included in the Terms of Payments and Refunds section of the registration agreement of each workshop.
Tuition Payment Deadline
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is due upon registration. For the Summer 2024 session, tuition is due in full by June 1, 2024. Any registrations that have not been paid in full by this date are subject to cancellation.
Voluntary Withdrawal
For the Summer 2024 session, all payments made, less the 50% non-refundable deposit, will be refunded to you for voluntary withdrawals prior to June 1, 2024. Payments made after this date are non-refundable.
Workshop Cancellation
In the event of a workshop being canceled, you will be notified no later than 14 days prior to the start date, and all fees paid will be refunded.
COVID-19
There are no refunds for any absence due to COVID-19 symptoms or quarantine. There are also no refunds should DigiPen have to move a program online due to COVID-19.
Weather-Related or Emergency Closures
No refunds are provided for workshops that are canceled due to weather-related or emergency conditions.
