The North Garage address is 18500 Campus Way NE, Bothell. Please enter from the north via Beardslee Blvd. and 110th Ave. NE. There will be street signage directing you toward the drop-off line. Staff will be waiting on the top level of the North Garage to safely walk children across the street to building CC2.
- If you arrive later than 8:45 a.m., please call Emily Collins, Operations Manager, at (425) 400-6009 to arrange for a staff member to meet your student in the drop-off area.

- At both locations, staff will help students out of cars in the drop-off line. Please do not park or walk your student inside; it’s important that we keep traffic moving so that we can be good neighbors to the folks we share these campuses with.
Pick-Up
- At both campuses, students are to be picked up from the same location where they were dropped off.
- If your student is not staying for the Extended Day Program:
- Pick-up at Cascadia runs from 3:30–3:45 p.m.
- Pick-up at DigiPen runs from 4:00–4:15 p.m.
- If your student is staying for the Extended Day Program:
- Pick-up at Cascadia ends at 5:30 p.m.
- Pick-up at DigiPen ends at 6:00 p.m.
- Those picking up Explorers (ages 6–8) or Adventurers (ages 9–13) may be asked to provide an ID or password to confirm they are on the authorized pick-up list.
- Innovators (ages 14–18) may check themselves out at the end of the day, but we must have written permission from a parent or guardian for them to do so. If you did not already list your Innovator as an authorized pick-up person for themselves at registration and would like them to check themselves out, please email us at openworld@digipen.edu to let us know.
Parking for Innovators
If your Innovator is driving themselves to DigiPen’s campus, please direct them to park in one of the non-reserved spots in the parking areas to the north or west sides of the building marked with the “dP” logo. Students still need to enter through the back entrance for check-in.
Lunch and Snacks
Lunch and two snacks are included with your student’s workshop. Students may bring their lunch, but all students must remain on campus during lunch and are not permitted to leave the campus for any reason. Students are encouraged to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the day.
Absences, Illness, and Masks
- If your student will be absent, please notify us at openworld@digipen.edu. If you need to drop your student off late or pick them up early, please email or call us at (425) 629-5046. If your student displays any signs of illness, please keep them at home and contact us.
- Masks are optional on both Cascadia’s and DigiPen’s campuses. We will have extra child- and adult-sized masks on hand if your student would like one.
Odds and Ends
- Students will be outside for part of each day, so please send them wearing sunscreen! We will have extra spray-on sunscreen available on both campuses in case a student forgets or needs more.
- If you have not already filled out the Additional Student Information Form, please do so ASAP so we can be aware of any allergies or other important information about your student.
- If you have questions or need to reach your student during workshop hours, please email openworld@digipen.edu or call (425) 629-5046 and leave a voicemail. We will be monitoring email and voicemail frequently throughout the day.
