- Session 3B (July 26-30, 2027) @ DigiPen
Early Bird Price: $999 $799.20
Location: DigiPen (Redmond, WA)
Description:
Short-form video is the most-watched storytelling format in the world, and the creators who stand out aren’t always the ones with the best cameras. Successful creators know how to frame a shot, cut to a beat, and hold attention to the last second. Short-form filmmaking builds visual storytelling, editing, and sound-design skills that turn everyday phone footage into content with impact.
Innovators will shoot on their phones and edit with professional-grade software, finishing a new piece each day as their skills grow. They explore how editing shapes meaning, plan shots with intention, and cut videos that move with the music. To close the week, they direct and edit an original video on a subject of their choice, with everyone taking a turn behind the camera.
Their ProjectFUN short films become a portfolio of finished, postable videos, proving they can tell stories worth watching and sharing.
